RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with their original tags and packaging. For ceramic items, please make sure they are carefully and securely repacked in the same way they were originally delivered, using all protective packaging provided. We cannot accept returns of ceramic items damaged due to inadequate return packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except if the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

The customer is responsible for packing the item securely and appropriately for its return journey. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. For full order withdrawals, standard original delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned where excluded by applicable consumer law.
